Our Commitment: Climb Up is committed to being accessible and inclusive for all our visitors. Our auto-belay system makes climbing one of the most accessible activity formats available, no experience is needed, which opens the activity to a wide range of abilities and needs.
Centre Accessibility: Our centre is wheelchair accessible with clear walkways maintained throughout. The climbing arena floor and briefing zone are both accessible at ground level. Food can be ordered at the easy to access cafe or alternatively staff can take your order from your table.
Parking: We have disabled parking spaces located close to our main entrances.
Toilets: Disabled toilets are provided and have space for a wheelchair user and their carer.
Physical Accessibility: Harness sizing Harnesses are available in a range of sizes for children and adults. All harnesses are fitted and checked by our staff before every session. Where a visitor has specific requirement around harness fitting, we ask if you can kindly contact us before your visit so we can ensure the right equipment is available for your visit and advise on sufficient fitting time.
Neurodiversity & Sensory Needs: We are more than happy to accommodate special requests where needed and are able to provide a quieter space during your visit should an individual with sensory needs require this. We can also make the following adjustments if required; reduce music in the building, allow additional time for briefing and harness fitting, permit an extra carer into the arena.
Questions and comments: At Climb Up, we’re committed to continuously improving our climbing experience for all users. If you have any feedback or have questions, please email us at hello@climb-up.co.uk
