Planning a visit to Climb Up Doncaster?
We’ve answered everything you need to
know before you arrive.
Yes – we strongly recommend booking online at booking.climb-up.co.uk before your visit. Our sessions have a limited number of spaces and popular slots fill up quickly, particularly at weekends and during school holidays. Walk ins are welcome subject to availability but we cannot guarantee a space without a booking.
Your waiver is completed online as part of the booking process via Fusemetrix. All participants must have a completed and signed waiver before they can climb, this includes returning visitors. Under 18s must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Your waiver will be verified at reception on arrival – no waiver, no climb.
Yes. All participants are required to complete the safety briefing at the start of each visit before they are able to climb.
Each session is 60 minutes in total. This includes up to 10 minutes for harness fitting and your safety briefing, followed by a minimum of 50 minutes of climbing time. If your briefing runs quicker, the extra time is added to your climbing so you are always guaranteed at least 50 minutes on the walls.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session start time to allow time for check-in at Play Valley reception. If you arrive late your session may be shortened or you may not be admitted. No refund will be given for late arrivals.

Sandals, flip flops, open toe shoes, high heels and bare feet or socks are not permitted in the arena. Remove all watches, jewellery and anything from your pockets before climbing. We recommend tying back long hair.
